USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Allons-y Tours private limited regarding your use of our website, www.allonsytours.com ("Website") and any other services provided by the Company.  By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must not use the Website or Services.

 

1. Use of the Website and Services

 

a. You may use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

b. You may not use the Website or Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

c. You may not use the Website or Services to transmit, distribute, or store any material that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

 

 

1. All-Inclusive Packages

 

 

a. Allons-y Tours provides all-inclusive packages for tourists. These packages include hotel room charges, meal charges, and tickets for destinations.

b. The details of each package, including the specific hotels and destinations included, will be clearly stated on the Website and in any other materials provided by the Company.

c. All packages are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued by the Company at any time without notice.

 

 

1. Booking and Payment

 

 

a. To book an all-inclusive package, you must provide accurate and complete information through the Website or by contacting the Company directly.

b. Payment for the package must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by the Company.

c. All payments must be made in the currency specified by the Company.

When booking the tour packages, the reservation fees depend on the tour packages of the company. It can be 10% to 15% of the total package price. 

The reservation fee is only valid for one year. Clients should plan their visit within one year after they make the reservation. 

If clients are unable to visit within one year after the reservation, the company will refund 50% of the reservation fee to the client. 

The full payment for the tour must be done three months prior to the arrival date.

 

 

1. Cancellation and Refunds

 

 

a. If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify the Company in writing as soon as possible.

b. The refund policy for each package will be clearly stated on the Website and in any other materials provided by the Company.

c. Refunds will be made in the currency specified by the Company.

 

 

1. Limitation of Liability

 

 

a. Allonsy Tours will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

b. Allonsy Tours will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of any third-party websites or services that may be accessed through the Website or Services.

c. Allonsy Tours will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.

 

 

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

 

a. Allonsy Tours provides the Website and Services "as is" and without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied.

b. Allonsy Tours does not warrant that the Website or Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

a.  All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Allonsy Tours or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

b. You may not use any content on the Website without the express written consent of Allonsy Tours.
